COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY PARKING
Student & Family Parking
Parking will be available for students, family and all other visitors on campus on a first come / first served basis. Officers will be directing traffic from both College entrances to the appropriate parking areas (Parking Lots D & E). Campus maps are available for your convenience.
Graduates should arrive at 5:00 p.m., 1 hour prior to the Commencement Ceremony and go directly to the Instructional Center for the assembly of academic procession and robing. Family and friends should arrive by 5:30 p.m., at least 30 minutes prior to the Commencement Ceremony in order to allow ample time for parking and seating arrangements.
Faculty Parking
All Faculty and Chorus members should park in Parking Lot F.
Handicap Parking
A designated handicap area will be available in Parking Lot D. The area will be coned off and signage will be posted. Shuttle golf carts will be available to transport anyone who needs assistance.
Inclement Weather Parking
The Commencement Ceremony is normally held outside in the Plaza. However, if we have inclement weather, the ceremony may be moved to the Physical Education Center. As a result, the Handicapped Parking area would be moved to Parking Lot C. All other parking availability would remain the same.
On-Site Assistance
Security Officers will be posted in the parking lots and throughout campus to direct visitors. In the handicapped parking area, shuttle golf carts will be available to transport anyone who needs assistance. Any request for Security assistance, no matter how minor, can be requested through any of the Blue Emergency Phones on Campus by pressing the BLUE button.
GENERAL PARKING
Parking will be available on campus for all visitors on a first come / first served basis.
