Please complete the form below to order your copy of the 2009 Commencement Ceremony (May 21, 2009). Commencement DVDs will cost $15 each (Cash Only) and must be obtained at the Media Services office. Orders will usually take 3-5 days to be completed. You will be contacted once your order is ready.
