During the Commencement Ceremony you receive the book that holds your diploma. However, in order to expedite the ceremony, it will not include your diploma at that time.

You may pick up your diploma at the Student Records office in the Student Services Building between May 21 and June 14. You must present a valid Photo ID in order to pick up your diploma. The office is open weekdays from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Evening hours are on Wednesdays until 7:00 pm.

After June 14th, diplomas will be mailed to the student’s home address. Please contact the Student Records office in the Student Services Building to make any necessary address changes.
